THE FOUR ZAADZ QUESTIONS

(Thought I would share my answers from my Application to be a Zaadz Ambassador)

How are we going to change the world together?

Three answers, not just one:

I can't change the world. I can BE the change, and thereby spark others who are READY to BE the change. They can spark others ready to BE the change. Thus, together, we who ARE the world, will change. This is part of my ministry.

I can be an example. I can be an inspiration to those who have the deep WILLINGNESS to change. I can be a support, encouragement, and resource for those who ARE changing. By example, ideas, and plans, I can offer new ways to live for those who ARE changing. This is part of my ministry.

By being the change. By smiling. By speaking and singing and hugging. By growing, learning, and expanding. By connecting and loving and sharing. By empowering. By teaching, clarifying, educating. Oh, did I mention by loving? By insisting on Truth. By  insisting on freedom. By insisting on benevolence, peace, and respect. By inspiring and supporting. Oh, did I mention, by loving? By joining, cooperating, synergizing. By building a global community. This is part of my ministry.
 
What do you love most about Zaadz?
(These are not in any particular order. They are all #1.)

1.  The culture of shared values of respect, encouragement, upliftment, inspiration, self-responsibility, and caring.

2. Having zFriends all over the world really thrills me.

3.  Ease of networking; dozens of ways built right into the site.

4.  Responsiveness and vision of the management.

5.  That a bunch of people are doing what it takes to make what Zaadz offers, free.

6. People sharing the deepest and highest aspects of themselves in ways that support, inspire, and empower others.

7. People who live in a Bigger Picture than most people live in and who choose to co-create their ideal world.  People who are Earth-conscious, life-conscious, global-conscious, and Spirit-conscious.

8. Being on Zaadz has like opened another room in my life. I experience my life as larger, in both input and output, in wonderful ways.

If you could create your own functional Zaadz tool, what would it be, and how would it be used?

May I respectfully suggest that Zaadz already has three times as many awesome fabulous tools as most members are aware of or use. Z-pages is one of many examples.

1. I would create a Tool Awareness Program and in fact I have already voluntarily involved myself in helping co-create the Welcome Letter for new members to be more informative and useful with respect to existing tools and I often welcome new people with such info who post their Intros in Vision Cafe and zLounge.

2. I would, and have been diligently doing, in Thinktank and How Tos pods, teach people how to use the existing tools.

3. I would also make existing tools more functional, such as tags for sent mail, display of ALL blog tags, ability to rearrange displays of photos and books. I have been doing this by suggesting such functions, and helping to organize suggestions.

In sum: more awareness of what there is to use, more ability to use, and more functionality in what is used.

What is your Philosophy, in two sentences:

Think globally, act locally.
In every choice and decision, choose greater Life (Aliveness) Unlimited for self and others, unto the seventh generation.

BONUS QUESTION:
A friend asked me what were my objectives or purposes for being on Zaadz. Here's a few I became aware of:

More readers and feedback-givers for my writings, more sense of belonging, more stimulation from like-minded people, meeting more like-minded people, practical synergies to help me and others in our actual work, and a larger arena in which to be helpful to others. Plus another arena to exercise my information-organizing and manual-creating talents in, for a fabulous purpose. Oh, and getting inspiration from others, and even information about positive changes happening in the world. I get all that and more. One more: The opportunity to collect and display photos, books, and quotes I think are marvelous, and discover even more
